Lost Valley now has two elk herds in it, that will appear to be one to an untrained eye, not that it matters that much. The very good news is that this is a real unusual opportunity to get some super elk pictures against a very nice backdrop. This only happens a time or two a year, so don't miss it. This can change any time, but they were there this morning, and yesterday morning. I expect them to be there another day or two.
